Have you changed your mind about your purchase? That's ok, orders can be sent back within 30 days (you pay postage). We will test the item/s and advise of the return outcome promptly.
Lodge a return request in your account resolution centre within 30 days of receiving your order.
Ensure the goods are in the same condition as received.
Remove any passwords/accounts created by you.
Return all items (accessories, cables, etc included) in the same packaging received (better for the environment that way) within 14 days of lodging the return request. You arrange and pay postage.
Once the returned item has been received by the In the Click team will re-test and advise promptly of the return outcome and eligible refund.
If we do not receive your return item back withing 14 days of lodging the return request, then we will close the return request.

In the event product is damaged or for other reason, please get back to us within 30 days to send it back (we pay postage) and we will replace it (if the same item is available) or refund your purchase.
