Returns Policy

LOW FUSS 30 DAYS RETURNS

 

Have you changed your mind about your purchases? That's ok, unopened sealed products can be sent back within 30 days (you pay postage), and we will refund your purchase.

 

In the event product is damaged, please get back to us within 30 days to send it back (we pay postage) and we will replace it (if the same item is available) or refund your purchase as you choose.

 

We will wait for 14 days from the day of lodging the return (dispute) to receive the item. If we do not receive the item back we will then close the return request.

 

We highly recommend you to back up any data you have saved on your devices before sending them back to us as we cannot take responsibility for any data that is lost during fault testing.
